Product Returns

You have the right to return products purchased from us and request a replacement in the following circumstances:

• Where, due to an error on our part, we have supplied the wrong product or a product that is defective or of unsatisfactory quality.

• Where the product has a genuine manufacturing or functional defect that is covered by the manufacturer's or an authorised service provider's warranty. In such cases, you should contact the manufacturer or the authorised service provider directly.

In all cases, any product returned for replacement or repair must be accompanied by all documents originally supplied with it (e.g. delivery note, retail receipt, invoice, etc.).

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it promptly at no additional cost. If we have supplied the wrong product, we will dispatch the correct item and cover all shipping costs for both the return of the incorrect product and the delivery of the replacement.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you inspect the products and their packaging upon delivery to ensure there is no visible damage or discrepancy (such as a damaged item, broken product or incorrect product).

Where a replacement is requested after the product has been used (following prior communication with our customer service regarding the fault), the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product and of shipping the replacement.

If you change your mind after your order has been delivered, you may return the product(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of our receipt of the returned product(s).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the withdrawal form provided below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
